Staff were very nice & helpful, breakfast really good, gorgeous rooftop pool & restaurant, beds very comfortable.

Silly confusing console to control lights in room rather than switches on walls. Wi-Fi cuts off the minute you check out is really annoying. It's impossible for foreigners to get SIM in India so we relied on hotel wi-fi to call Ubers. Not helpful when it turns off before you even leave hotel.

Pool area & dining areas on roof were fabulous & very pretty at night, a real highlight! Staff were very nice, loved the breakfast & roof restaurant. Room fine apart from console to control lighta.

Hated the wi-fi situation! India has made it nearly impossible to get a SIM so we needed reliable wi-fi in hotel. It cuts off the second you check out, which is stressful when calling an uber. Please wait until guests have left! Could be more generous with coffee & water in room.

While I could not spend much time at the hotel, I can say that the checkin/checkout processes were really smooth and the staff was very clear. The overall conditions of the Hotel were very good.

The gym can improve and there could be more occidental options on the breakfast for foreigners. By the time I stayed on the hotel, there was a construction on the street (the whole street) because of the new subway and the whole area was a complete mess.

Excellent staff combined with a fine facility make this a hotel that’s easy to recommend. Major works on the highway in front of the hotel are outside of the hotels control but do make transport awkwards

My stay was pleasant as always! The amenities were perfect, the room was clean and the staff were very attentive. In particular the housekeeping staff (Jagan) were polite, courteous and ensured my room was always clean and spotless! The breakfast options were also plentiful and worth the money! The Aayush spa was also a perfect relaxing addition to my room where I could get a quick blow dry before a night out or a relaxing massage after a long day of touring the city. The hotel had two restaurants, one downstairs and one in the terrace, both had a large selection of dishes and and a warm ambience
