The overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect with beautiful Goan decor which was thoughtfully designed. The rooms were spotless and well maintained with comfortable beds and equipped with a good selection of amenities, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sea view rooms are lovely overlooking the pool , Really comfy bed and power showers . Good breakfast . Shuttle to the beaches very useful. Staff very eager to please

I loved everything about this place! The food the staff and the hospitality in general made this the one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They have amazing pool and spa facilities and the staff are very attentive so nothing was out of place. The room was cleaned everyday and I was even left with sweet treats after every clean! Perfect place and I’d happily stay again

This hotel is simply superb. The best hotel I have stayed at in India and I have travelled extensively around the country. The hotel alone is worthy of a 10 but the staff take it to another level. They seem to have struck the right balance between a friendly service and an efficient service. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff were very friendly. I must say that all of them consistently made a great effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were nice, felt new, and offered great views. Transport to the beaches was easy, and the food was also good. This is for sure the best hotel in the Palolem area.

Its a new property so its clean and well kept. Rooms and bed were comfortable. Appreciated the upgrade. Staff was cordial and attentive.

Hotel staff mentioned I had mini bar consumption which was not true. They need to check internal operational teams for this in a better operational errors so it doesn't create weird moments for customers. This was off putting during the checkout. Also in room food here is overpriced but the food quality was great.
