Everything at Taj in terms of property and facility was great. But most important was the team at Taj which made me feel so welcomed. One who really stood out for me was Mr Anand, life guard at the pool area. Being a localite, Mr Anand really guided me about the city, the religious temples, and the places of interest including famous street food joints and restaurants. Mr Anand shared his knowledge and told me about the background story about the city and its religious places of worship. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure that I was able to fulfill my purpose of visit to the holy...

Everything was top notch. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was lavish. The cleanliness was super. The rooms were cleaned twice a day.
1. The iron in the room was tied to the stool and it caused a lot of inconvenience to lift it and arrange it near the socket. However I did take out once but after room cleaning it was arranged back in the almirah and then we did not bother to do the same exercise again
2. The kettle area is too enclosed ,could be in a better, open and accessible area.

This was my 3rd time staying at this property and i liked it as always nice , quite & beautiful.
There is some upgradation work going on i guess because of that they have shifted their kitchen to a temporary location which was not properly managed and was not clean at all as i had to change to 3 tables to find a clean table. Delayed services was also another problem.

The food at the hotel restaurant is exceptional! Highly recommend eating at the hotel, either room service or the buffet. Absolutely delicious.
The staff are lovely. You feel like royalty and they go out of their way to help you and make you comfortable.
The management team is amazing, I am truly grateful for all their help!

The property is nice and the staff are very sweet. Especially the staff on the 2nd floor.. they really took care of us.. special mention to Rambilash, and Kamlesh on the 2nd floor. Everyone else was also amazing.. just did not get a chance to get their names.. They even set up a hot water salt foot soak for us to end the night blissfully. At the reception thanks to Ashish, Nikita, Muskan and the rest of the team. Thank you.
