Good variety and tasty. Staff were very attentive and accommodating.

Bathroom was too small.

Beautiful gardens, very evocative of the Colonial era. Lovely drinks served on the lawn and fire at night. All the staff were delightful.

The dining room had no windows but the food was delicious.

Staff very excellent - from re option, house keeping to F&B they were very courteous and helpful, anything we raised was settled very efficiently & to our satisfaction

The location is very good. A beautiful heritage property, well maintained. Staff is very courteous, breakfast was a good spread.

The overall is positive the room was big enough and the garden is well maintained. It is located 2 km from the city but there is no pedestrian way

The breakfast cost is much too high and not proportional and there is no alternative

The staff were amazing. We were travelling by train and they arranged a driver to collect us even having to change the station of collection on the day. (Anthony was a great driver given the trip to Ooty is full of hair pin bends, and he took us on our tour of Ooty the following day). Raj Kumar in the bar was very attentive and lovely to talk to of an evening. Also the bingo around the campfire at night was a nice touch and the member of staff who ran it was the perfect host. The hotel made our stay in Ooty very special

Property is excellent. Worth paying money. The location is also good. Quite near to the main centre. Food was really good.

The Location of the hotel was awesome & the resort & the rooms were luxurious. the cleanliness and the maintenance exceeded our expectations. The staff are so friendly & well mannered. This was the best resort with beyond expectations.

There are 2 routes leading to the resort, it would be great if more sign boards are provided in the good route. This was just advice, not a complaint.

Beautiful location, spacious room, amazing staff, extremely good service and good food

Beautifully located - tucked away between two hills. 20 kms each way from Ooty and Connor. Still very new and yet mostly functional - staff is incredibly warm and courteous. Particularly the FnB Head - his personal attention and attention to detail is heart warming.

Spa was not functional If one wants to go out of the property there is really no option but to take taxis - which are pretty expensive

All in all a wonderful stay. The resort is in the middle of the tea plantations, beautiful scenery and absolutely quiet. You can enjoy nature. Very warm welcome, you immediately felt welcome. The complex and the chalets are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner outstanding. But it lives from the staff, simply outstanding. Even the chef gave valuable tips. It wasn't the last time I was here.

Booked via booking.com, payment before arrival with resort itself. Unusual for me so far. Therefore some transaction fees which were not mentioned by booking.com were on top.

There was nothing actually that i can say. But waiting for the Spa to get operationalised. The tiles in the Swimming pool needs to get repaired.

Excellent location away from hustle and bustle. Huge property and well maintained as well. Lot of activities in the resort itself. Excellent cordial behaviour of the staff. Will surely stay again
