My room had a defect of Flush Button for the toilet which was an inconvienience rest evrything was good.

In spite of requesting for a little early check in by half an hr, the hotel didn't acomodate the request.
Lifts weren't up to the mark.

Everything about the stay was top-notch! The hospitality was truly exceptional — a big shoutout to Sunita and Rounak for the warm welcome. Dinesh from housekeeping kept the room spotless and was always courteous. During breakfast, the waitress (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly kind and attentive. Also, a special mention to Mr. Sumit and Harshit for their professional and helpful service throughout the stay. The ambience, cleanliness, and overall vibe made it a very relaxing experience.
Nothing to complain about — everything exceeded expectations!
The hotel was architecturally fascinating, with many unique architectural details. The red sandstone building blocks are of interest. A local stone, perhaps, but if so where is the quarry?

We had booked the one room bedroom suite which looked beautiful and royal and with its own balcony and a lovely bath tub. The staff were polite and always caring and our packages were booked and organised well. All in all, a lovely stay in the beautiful city. We also used the pool and the spa and the service staff and amenities were extremely good. The best part was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who took care of us and the grand spacious room.

Location was good and the staff were extremely helpful and communicative.
They can improve their food options and portion sizes.
The pressing iron they provided in the room had unnoticeable wear and tear. It damaged my cotton kurta.
