The space, room size, and the location . I was also helped with alteration of my clothing, drying of my sneakers that got wet in the rain and even the recipe of laddu that tasted yum. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Everything was good… food can be better. I didn’t get the wow factor with food. Some F&b Staff can be trained a bit more on soft skills..

The attitude of some of the some in the dinning area was excellent.
Specially the chef Gyaneshwar.
Also, the service provided by Gyndeep,
at concierge, was excellent, great attitude to welcoming and accommodating guests. He went above and beyond to ensure that my
Drive around bangalore was comfortable.
The toilets seem to have a flush handle in the wrong place where you have to bend down to press the handle and your face could be in the toilet bowl. Very negative place to have a toilet flush press.
Front desk staff could have a better attitude and attention .

Good location with easy access to Terminal 1 & 2.
Rooms are good and clean
Buffet is not great and I found dust in one of the food served to us as red vegetables (saag) on dinner buffet. Informed Chef about that and he admitted the same. Choices are less for Indian traditional foods
