Actually, it was all fine

Very comfortable staff was very helpful. Payment was a bit difficult because the hotel did not follow booking arrangements. Instead of paying when staying, the payment was taken from the cc before the arrival, and this caused a confusion. Very good restaurant.

The hotel was good they upgraded our rooms to sweet the room was good it had a kitchen also the breakfast was good the best hotel

There was an thunderstorm and there was some work going on above the pool and the and some rocks fell down from above

Recently stayed at Radisson blu and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. Specially Kalyani, anamika and kanchan were incredibly helpful

The prices for al-a-cate orders are expensive in the dine-room, even the evening buffet is pricey, and the swimming pool is small.

Overall good stay with friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of food options. Expensive, but there are discount deals with Swiggy and Zomato which make them great. The in-house craft beer is great.

The Wi-Fi was poor and connections kept dropping. Speeds were really low. Many fixtures need an upgrade - the rooms look a bit tired. Repair and Maintenance needs to be better.

Great place. If the cleaning had been better it would be 10/10, but it seems that there is a problem with cleaning everywhere and not only at this hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The beds and pillows were probably the best I have ever slept in during a hotel stay. The room size was generous. It was very good value for the quality of hotel, and was an oasis of calm in the craziness of Delhi! A very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting the city.

The cleanliness probably wasn't what you would expect by international standards. But in comparison with other places in Delhi it was great.

The location is about 15km from the Connaught place which takes about 30min. Up to an hour in Delhi peak traffic. If you are not planning frequent visits to the center then this location is good.

The entire team was helpful, especially Anamika who was exceptionally kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure the stay was comfortable.

Someone was ringing the door in the middle of night. Maybe night walk arounds in the building should be done more often.
