I would like to start by expressing my appreciation for the outstanding service provided during my stay. Koomal and Anushree were exceptional in handling my room change quickly and efficiently, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. I truly felt well taken care of. The food was excellent, and the waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The Sunday lunch with live entertainment was a highlight, and I believe it really set your hotel apart. It’s a wonderful touch, as not many other places offer this kind of experience. Once again, thank you for the wonderful hospitality and attention to detail. A special thanks to Koomal and Anushree for going above and beyond. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to coming back soon

However, I have a few suggestions that could enhance the overall guest experience. While the live music in the bars was fantastic, it would be great if the performers were better lit. As someone with a background in leisure and events, I believe this would add to the atmosphere and allow guests to appreciate the talent on stage more fully. Currently, it’s difficult to see the singers and musicians due to the lack of lighting, which detracts from the experience. When I raised this with the bar responsible, the response was somewhat harsh, and I was told that the artists prefer not to have lights on them. While I understand respecting the artists’ preferences, I believe it would be more beneficial for the hotel to communicate clearly with the performers about what’s best for the guest experience. Ensuring that the entertainment is fully visible would help distinguish your venue from others and create a more enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

Very spacious, clean and tidy rooms. Two onsite restaurants and one bar. Swimming pool is reasonable size, less crowded, big gym as well. Very friendly smiling staff. Great location. Excellent breakfast.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, which was the highlight of the stay. Good sized rooms. Breakfast had a lot of options, most of which were good. Spa was very nice.

One bathroom had a mild unpleasant smell and the shower cubicle leaked, while another had a problem with plumbing/drainage. Sinks needed better cleaning. rnThe control panel for the lighting was confusing. Much prefer the

Everything from checkin to room service, room cleanliness, the speed of service, breakfast, staff was simple exceptional I have a 2 year old son who had the most amazing time as the staff were so friendly and nice to him. The gym was great The swimming pool was fabulous And while the spa was a little expensive (understandable being at a 5 star hotel), the foot massage i got as compliments from the hotel was amazing as well. Truly wonderful stay for my entire family.

Breakfast ok- can improve the menu for all guests coming from different countries. Room - good and comfortable. Dinner good - but not to my taste much !

At the coffee house the service was ok - can be better like in other hotels where they serve the starters to all guest according to their taste. Had to wait to get attention to be served - may be too busy ! Not much friendliness by a few staffs/waiters at the coffee house during breakfast.

They have a good spread of Break Fast & Lunch. However, they should also keep without Onion & Garlic as many people prefer jain food. Room is very good, neat clean and spacious.
