Staff are the great strength of this hotel while the renovations are in progress. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly while the construction phase was happening. The breakfast in the Kitchen was amazing! An incredible range of Western and Indian foods on offer with staff being very attentive to the visitor's needs. Rooms were very spacious and quiet.

Some staff would benefit from intensive English regarding hospitality words and phrases English speaking people use, especiallyin the Kitchen. That would help them as the hotel will attract more and more English speaking people with the upgraded facilities later this year.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service by the staff was excellent. Always helpful and courteous. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was enjoyable each morning.

One thing to note: autos were not allowed to stop at the hotel entrance, which made it inconvenient. especially since we were travelling with elderly family members. We were looking forward to experiencing autos during our trip, as they’re not available in our country. I’m not sure of the reason behind this restriction, but I hope the hotel considers a solution to make it easier for guests who rely on autos for transport. Perhaps allocating a designated drop-off point nearby or allowing auto drivers to drive up to the entrance, at least for drop-offs and deliveries, would be helpful.

The hotel was brand new. The rooms were beautiful. It was a very nice place.

The staff was not very efficient. Had to wait at the reception longer than I should have. The room was not set up for 3 people even though I had stated that while reserving. To be fair the hotel was fully occupied due to a large convention so they may have been short handed. The cost of food was prohibitive.

The staff is always courteous, polite and genuinely happy to meet and speak regarding any requirements. The food is spectacular. Chef Sandeep (Sanish) made the most incredible omelettes for us at breakfast! I can safely say I have never eaten better omelettes anywhere else in the world.

Food gets a bit repetitive for people like me who stay for a long time. 2 weeks at a stretch.

Interiors are amazing, an extremely beautiful hotel.Food is excellent, and staff goes out of the way to make the client comfortable.

The mattress was too high .very difficult to get on the bed.

Staff were exceptionally attentive. The receptionist (female) who checked me in was very helpful. The waiters, porter, all of them were super helpful. The duty manager, Ankit at the time of my checkout appeared to be genuinely interested in my feedback.

Need more varieties of alcoholic beverages in the mini bar as the bar closes at 11 pm. The water pressure in the hygiene hose needs improving.
