Every staff had a smile. They were very attentive of their guests. Have an eye for detail. They are quick on their feet the moment they notice you, and almost always know what you are about to want and need. They don’t pry, yet subtle and honest. It was an experience. From the moment the car arrives at the lobby, you get in the room and until after you check out. They are still attentive and always seeking out to assist you on a genuine note. Warm and welcoming and hospitable people. Excellent. They left these 2 cute boxes filled with small chocolates on the 2nd day. That gave me a warm hug feeling. Thank you everyone.

The facilities are top notch. And the customer service is outstanding. Staff are always willing to help you with anything. Food was delicious. One of the best hotels in Chennai.

Gym could have been better. I wish the management will look into adding more equipment in the future.

Had a really pleasant stay here! Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful great customer service overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the amenities I needed. The shower was especially nice strong pressure and plenty of hot water, which is always a plus. Breakfast was a real highlight loads of options ranging from classic South Indian dishes to a solid continental spread. Definitely something for everyone. Also, the location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby spots.

Only small downside was one of the girls at the reception who came off a bit abrupt – not a big deal, but just stood out compared to how lovely the rest of the staff were.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

The breakfast was excellent. We had variety of food to choose from. We even requested for appam and the next day they made for us appam. The staffs were very helpful. The rooms were cleaned throughout our stay.

The service provided by the staffs are exceptional. I was feeling so good from the check in to check out. I had a pleasant surprise as my request for late checkout was extended till 6pm and we were also given free airport transfer. Room service was good. Nice food at the restaurant. Staffs there are exceptional!!

As a pescatarian, I didn’t have much choice of food for the dinner buffet. Even though the chef gave me fried fish and prawns for starters. I am not a keen on fried food. The fridge in the room was not cold enough and the cupboard was unstable. As a 5* hotel this need to be looked at.

I wish I could name all of them but Ramya, Aamna and Guidingstar from JUJU team were exceptionally helpful when I had asked Guidingstar to do a small surprise for my wife on our anniversary. They have done an absolutely amazing job and they even surprised me. On the front desk/lobby Saravanan and Ealumazlai were always there to help carrying our shopping to our rooms. Check in desk staff were absolutely helpful whenever I had asked for a help.
