The property has an old world charm. Rooms are spacious. Property is near Hussain Sagar lake, and has a large swimming pool. Service and restaurants are good. Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills and Ameerpeth are all in close proximity.

The air conditioner was not working properly. Room became hot at night. Inspite of maintenance crew trying to fix it problem was not resolved. I had asked for a take away breakfast on day of departure. There was a cockroach in the parcel! Returned it immediately 😞

The breakfast spread was really very nice and the staff are very courteous and thoughtful. The room was silent and peaceful.

The shower facilities in the room could have been better, there is no handheld shower head and due to space constraints the main shower is directed in the bath tub itself.
