Front office Executives,it's been 10 years since I have been visiting this property but this time I had a very bad experience. Check in process - The worst. No Regional channels available in DTV. Requested for early check in , Executive named Alveoli responded, once the existing customer checks out we will provide you rooms with a arrogant way of expressing the statement saying wait we will give room by 2 PM as per the check-in time or if you want to go somewhere go and come. She doesn't bother to listen. At the same time another executive named Dileep responded, we will charge you extra and that's common I have agreed but couldn't arrange. NO reputed hotels will operate 100 % occupancy.

Dark curtains, so if you want to sleep deep into the day, you can choose to. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again.
