Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills

A overall very comfortable stay. good rooms, good breakfast, courteous staff, opposite to gvk one mall. so it was over all a very good stay. Cristina took special care and was very nice and generous. She ensured that we were comfortable.

I liked everything about the hotel .The location, the friendly staff, elaborate Breakfast menu,the Facilities in the Room and the front desk staff... I would surely stay in this place during my future trips to Hyderabad...

Spacious room, good food, basic facilities but does the job.

There was no house keeping attendent at pool level to provide towel or ask for any requirements. It was after disturbing a masseuse to call someone is when after 45min someone came with towels.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff, food, and accommodations were all top-notch.

Very good experience. Clean and spacious rooms. Good view. Amazing breakfast. Helpful staff. Location was very good as well.

Missing clocks in rooms.

The size of the room and bathroom and location just opposite to a shopping mall and good connectivity. Breakfast was a lot of choice and the staff was good too!

The pool timings are restricted from 7 to 7, which is not ideal for people to use as most of the time people have to leave early or arrive back late in the evening after 6. I had to ask the staff at reception to make it an exclusion for me as I was there just for a day to see the culture and architecture of the city. So I arrived back at 9 pm but they allowed me to use the pool the next day in the morning at 6 am. So, at least, that was sorted. Another thing was the bathtub. The water outlet knob was difficult to even twist, and there were hair strands in the bath tub which was unexpected as I just checked in, the cleaning team need to make sure that the bathroom is clean and as per the hygiene standards!

Located in Banjara Hills. Nice shopping and food areas around. Even with the windows pointing to the road it was quite. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Service was also good!

In comparison to other 5 star hotels it felt that Hyatt was overpriced and a little tired. My family had to take an early breakfast at 7 due to an early flight. Breakfast usually served from 7 AM. The buffet wasn’t ready at that time and everything was still getting set up. Breakfast options could be improved.

Nice breakfast and good room condition. Best place for biz trip in HYD.
