The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The food too was good. And it is ideally located.

Lighting in the bathroom could have been better. The fact that the windows open on to a street and another property is a little awkward

Beautiful historical building that has been beautifully restored/maintained and has a peaceful inner yard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decently sized, but do not get direct daylight due to the tainted windows. Food and drink are delicious.

The bathroom appliances could use some maintenance and the air conditioning is not the strongest.

Great location. Fort Kochi is all walkable especially princess street. The hotel is also very well designed and picturesque. Breakfast was also excellent and the staff was excellent 👌🏽 very attentive, warm and friendly.

The room size was a bit less. Our room was also on the ground floor right near the pool. Some road noise easily gets into the room.

The staff at this hotel were a joy to see every day. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The complementary afternoon tea is a lovely added bonus, and even when we missed it one day they arranged for fresh tea and snacks to be brought to our room. The hotel and pool are stunning and I could have spent weeks enjoying the courtyard area - it’s a real haven. It genuinely felt like every single member of staff was always happy to see us and so keen to help us, from housekeeping, reception, restaurant and bar staff and not to mention the wonderful Ayurvedic lady who I would also highly recommend having a session with! We can’t thank them enough for our wonderful stay and we really hope to come back soon. I would definitely recommend booking the sovereign room if you are celebrating a special occasion - it’s worth it!

Property was clean, food was great, and the ambience was lovely, especially the pool area. Location was goos, near a few interesting and quirky cafes. Chacko from reception checked us in and he was great! Shalu from reception was also brilliant, always checked in with us and was very friendly. When we were checking out, Rohith and Mahesh from the restaurant gave us a hand with our bags to load them into the taxi - thank you to all the staff!

The hotel's location is ideal in Fort Cochin, but that's not all, as the hotel is elegantly decorated in a colonial style. The pool is a little gem, very clean. The hotel is very well maintained and the welcome is of high quality!

This place is simply stunning. Every bit as beautiful as the photos. The room was comfortable and clean. Very comfy bed, great shower. I contacted the hotel in advance for a couple of requests, and they were there on my check-in notes, which doesn't always happen. The staff were really wonderful and went above and beyond. The food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The pool was clean and very refreshing.

A minor suggestion - there could have been a few more shaded areas outside, to enjoy the courtyard but to stay out of the sun...maybe a few more umbrellas around.

Beautiful building in the centre of Fort Kochi - surrounded by history. The rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. The staff were efficient and friendly. Tasty complimentary snack, and the breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Very little to fault.

They ran out of certain beers in the bar - seemed to have limited options at times (but the young woman with the short hair who served our drinks was very professional, kind, and attentive). The quote provided for a private driver for the rest of our trip was excessive. Overall though it was a fantastic experience - sitting by the beautiful pool in the evening was a dream.
