Spacious room and bathroom, with all the amenities. Very pleasing aesthetics wise, and comfortable.

For a 5 star - a couple things: - not even towels provided in the bathroom. For a 2 person stay, only 1 hand towel provided - the towel rack was loose/needs fixing - soap dispenser was broken, and there was no soap in it

The room was very clean, and very well organized. Housekeeping is very responsive, and staff are very polite and helpful. The front desk was very supportive, and arranged for cabs at short notice.

The property is not visible from the main road, and people ended up in RP Mall, and there was no signage to tell them how to get into the hotel. It was very awkward for elderly guests.

Tea was good. Courtesy extended was good. The Spa was overbooked. The pick up and drop was good.

Break fast leaves scope for improvement. Especially, the South Indian spread. The Chutney was more Un Kerala like. Continental varities were missing. The Bar had less choices to offer, in the Scotch whiskey section.

It is at a central location. The property is very good and clean. Food is excellent. The breakfast spread was excellent.

The property is good. My check-in experience with the front desk was absolutely rubbish. I booked through Booking.com and I have mentioned i need a double bed. When I reached the hotel, the front desk girl nonchalantly mentioned that they have assigned a twin bed room as they don't have a double bed. After some argument the manager bumped me up to a room with a king size bed.
