First class swimming pool. Staff are wonderful, Lilly in the buffet breakfast and and all round Abhishek, back-up in the bar and in the restaurant.

The bar is treated like an outcast room, neither useful nor functinnal. It's a bit like the management don't really want or need it. I would say treat it more like a permanent service. Keep Ravi the regular barman there instead of sometimes there and sometimes in the restaurant. The coffee shop has taken over the outside seating area but if your lucky you can get in there and have a smoke.

The staff was super friendly, the garden was beautiful and the price was great!

The beds were a bit too soft for my liking, and the extra bed in the room was quite squeaky

Staff was very friendly, the food was very nice. I felt taken care of throughout my whole stay. It was no problem taking a guest to the room with me throughout the day and also chill on the pool.

Maybe the pool bar service could be faster. I do think that was because technically they were not really open yet and just did me a favor by still serving me. But then it could have been made more clear by written documentation when what is open. But they were overall very friendly, so that is just a small note on the side, not a real issue.

The front desk manager was very courteous and helpful. Room service was prompt and excellent. The bell captain at the entrance, along with the security staff, also provided outstanding service. Cleanliness and convenience throughout the stay were handled with great thoughtfulness.

I would, however, like to suggest a few improvements. Clear, bold instructions should be printed on or near the various switch panels. The air-conditioning control panel, in particular, was poorly lit and placed in an inconveniently low location. As an elderly guest, I had to bend down uncomfortably to read the controls. In fact, I had to resort to taking a snapshot of the panel and enlarging the image on my phone in order to understand its layout. Relocating the panel to a better-lit, more accessible area would make it far more user-friendly for senior guests. Similarly, the switches for “Do Not Disturb” and “Maid Service” were not clearly labeled and had to be learned through trial and error. The ceiling light switch and fan speed control knob were also not immediately visible and took time to locate. Providing clear printed instructions near these controls would make the experience much smoother for guests, particularly for the elderly or those unfamiliar with the setup. Thank you

In the great city and great hotel well maintained well decent staff also great location in the city prices are very fair

Great location close to train station, nice, bright rooms with kettle and fridge etc. The real highlight was the restaurant with exceptional staff who helped us find gluten free options for our daughter.

Very strong incense in the reception - it was overpowering!
