We liked the services of the staffs specially the front desk staffs .They were very cordial and helpful from the beginning. My family would like to convey our gratitude to Mrs Kavitha for her support during our comfortable stay and we wish her all the best in life.

I received a very warm welcome, my room and the whole hotel was clean and tidy. I asked for boiled eggs at breakfast and was so happy to receive the best boiled eggs I have had in India! It is the little things that make for a wonderful stay away from home. On another foodie point… omg the raw honey, just fabulous!! All members of staff were delightful, particularly Anil Daniel and Pratima at the Jiva Spa - the treatments I received were sublime.

Excellent spread of breakfast. Very generous sized rooms, general sense of spaciousness. Large pool for a city centre property. Very obliging and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention of Ms Rashmi at the front desk who helped us as we had booked 4 rooms of different lengths of stay and had various little requirements. She went out of her way to ensure that our party was well taken care of, despite the renovations taking place when we visited.

They do not offer poolside F&B service (though i was told this might change soon). Having a drinks service by the poo...

The front desk staff Senthil Kumar was very helpful. He was the same person who assisted in my checkin and check out.

The place is so good and swimming pool especially so enjoyable for kids which was the ultimate goal. The AC inside room was so chill and silent ...Food is damn costly ..

The Chinese restaurant chef Thanigai selvam I think prepared a very good veg dinner for us. He explained about the food and preparation methods and we really enjoyed.

Breakfast spread catered to our family needs esply our kids, and the pool was the centre of our kids attraction - safe for children n even adults who are not accustomed to swimming

The pool and the bed were extremely clean and comfortable. The pool is the star of the property. The breakfast buffet spread too was immensely delicious and well curated. The staff too are extremely polite and courteous. Definitely a great place to stay in the city.

It is okay and chef has done everything to be the best.

Separate Provision to be given near the swimming pool to dry the wet clothes. we dont have place in the rooms also to dry it out. Calling bell is not working in our room no. 803. If DTH is given in the room TV we can see many programs if nothing good in other channels like Sun,zee, star TV we can watch You tube. If separate play area for childrens will make them happy and good apart from swimming pool.

The breakfast spread was good and food had authentic taste to everything they made. The location was OK.

The bedsheet was not soft enough , the pillows could have been more comforting.

The staff was very helful. Ms. Lalitha at the reception was always helping with a smile. The officers at the door are very nice, cherful. Food was really delicious. Love to stay again. Cheers
