It was great hospitality all around. The team looked after us, even in minimal interactions.
Some instructions for preparing the bill in advance for a faster checkout were not followed and got us delayed a little.

A very good stay as always with Taj. The reception and concierge staff were extremely helpful to help resource some information and amenities that I needed. The room was very comfortable and the all facilities in place. Happy to see the upgrade in bathrooms with latest world class amenities.
I really like the Club Lounge access that Taj provides when you select that package but it was disappointing that the same feature was not upto standard as in their other properties. it would help to have a more spacious club lounge area. I especially liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and of the facility. My room was spacious and taken care daily.
I enjoyed the buffet breakfast because it was focused on the local food.
It would nice to see a larger variety of fruits at breakfast, especially
having the mango season right now.

The breakfast was quite a spread with a lot of variety and well prepared. Dinner in the same restaurant previous night was excellent. The hotel is located in a peaceful area. The staff was courteous and helpful.
