Pleasant surprise of Hyatt staff for arranging birthday celebration in room with delicious cake flowers and balloons, hats of to Nisha and Hyatt team, for making our day and stay joyful, memorable and cherishing.

Staff is excellent.
Facilities are quite good.
Breakfast items have great varities and good taste, and does deserve Kudos on this.
Cleanliness, specially the carpet and sofa cushions lacked desired cleanliness.
Room electronic key is quite sensitive to mobile proximity.

It was a decent size room, clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The door of the room was a bit noisy, whenever someone would walk from outside or something moved outside, the door would rattle.....its a bit annoying especially when you are trying to rest and relax.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.

breakfast has been very good always, that's why I like to come back again and again to Hyatt place for all my Jaipur stays. I like the roof top cafe also for the evenings, light live music and ambience. There's a gym and upper floors have a good view, they even shift you closer to lift etc if available without fuss. Staff is friendly
For regular repeat customers maybe some discounts on food/ in room dining and rooftop cafe also. Food bill I have seen is more than room stay always
