Our stay at the Taj had a few glitches in the beginning. Mr. Rahul (director of rooms) stepped in and everything changed. He assured us that things would be smooth from then on, and the experience really turned around. A beautiful bouquet was sent to us…a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Housekeeping staff Satish was marvellous, attentive, and efficient. Nikita at Loya is a gem—warm, gracious, and made our dining experience extra special.
Thanks to the care and attention shown, we ended our trip on a very positive note and look forward to visiting again

V good breakfast. Our room was v good. We were upgraded to Taj Mahal. The staff are very well trained and very courteous. Would love to visit again.
We were accompanied by an Italian couple, Mr Piero Frediani Who also stayed in the same hotel, and they are very well travelled world over and stayed in some of the best hotels but they felt Taj Mahal was by far the best hotel, they ever stayed in!
Can't think of a complaint. The main lobby of Towers was a bit crowded. Otherwise everything was perfect!

First the staff were well trained on hospitality and give very special care on each part of the hotel. The cleaness. The super super breakfast especially with Chef Zayesh, the room attendant Fazza, the receptionists, the elevator man, and all others . The location was amazing near to what Emirates like.. shopping.

Always the pride of Indian!Definitely the highest level of hospitality.My 3rd time here and a must go to experince the antique, historic and glory from the past.
The hotel entrance didnt give justice to the interior hotel look and feel.Looking tired, small anf crowded.The main lobby is extremely beautiful but pack and busy all the time made it less exclusive for inhouse guests.

All that the hotel offered was above excellence. A heritage hotel, which any visitor will feel happy being there
All were excellent. A slight comment will be on the variety of south Indian dishes that seemed a bit less in the spread. Accompaniments like chutneys were missing. These are not complaints, but only one issue I could spot. Otherwise keep going

Everything was excellent ,service is out of this world.
The staff are so nice and respectful at all times.

There was a musty smell in some areas probably due to the carpet account of heavy rains.
