The stay and food was ok and the location is good.

Security system, esp. lift authorization. Breakfast staff service was excellent, especially one Ms. Daisy who attended our table was exemplary. The ambiance of the breakfast restaurant was superb.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. AC was not working properly and had to get tower fan. Fridge was too small. The shoe polish should be neutral and not black. It left a mark on my shoe. Cafe near reception is non functional.

One of the finest and reasonably priced 5 star hotels I have ever stayed. I am a regular traveller and have stayed at Hilton, Taj and Oberoi group Hotels in India and abroad. Hyatt Cedric in Bengaluru is equally one amongst the best. However, I would'nt make a similar comment of Hyatt Cedric in Kolkata which located in a very narrow street not FIT for HYATT standard.

Location is good and plenty of good food joints nearby to dine in.

When guests are coming with children below certain ages, at least there should be a few rooms to accommodate child's without getting hurt. There was a tea table placed in the room, which was low, and our baby got hit twice. There's not much damage, but if taken care of, then the stay will be super awesome.

excellent continental breakfast and hot breakfast options, the bread is actually good and not just barely edible, great fruit and juices and a nice open and large space with good ventilation - does not feel cramped or crowded with comfy chairs. The lifts are also efficient and no long queues waiting to go up or down. Business guests are checked into different corridors to families to extremely quiet and superb for work or resting in the room.

The towels are treated with some kind of softener which makes them non-absorbent and squishy. Not the best drying experience. Also incessant mus...

It’s a modern hotel with all the bells and whistlers you’d expect - leaning toward the business man so a little charmless

The pool area around a great pool for those who like a lounge is poorly designed - half a dozen loungers squeezed into a small area - despite an enormous dining area - pools are a five star requirement and probably the most underused in India by volume of guest.

I had such a wonderful stay , the stuff it’s amazing and super fried especially Komal from reception. They were super nice and they even upgraded me for free to a suite fact that made my stay even more comfortable. Rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful . Spa was very good and They have a very nice Asian Restaurant downstairs with delicious food . Next time when I’m in Bangalore or travel around I will definitely choose Conrad . Thank you for offering a very pleasant stay !

Everything was very good

It was our third stay at the Conrad hotel in Bengaluru. Breakfast is great, rooms are comfortable and the terrace with restaurant and pool area is inviting. Staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

The most amazing staff with always ready to help you with lovely smile on their faces. Breakfast can be little better especially South Indian section needs to improve.

The location of the hotel is near the city . The hotel overall is clean and the services provided is good too

The breakfast spread is boring as constantly the food is the same since I have stay for a week there. On top of that, the executive lounge is the same, everyday serving same breakfast. I have visiting other hotel that at the executive lounge there is an option of mini menu that allows guest to order some hot snacks

Central location by MG road, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms fully stocked with travel essentials, kettle, coffee, wine glasses and safe. Good restaurant options and awesome breakfast. Utterly phenomenal customer service- that was the real highlight of this place! From the doorman, to restaurant staff, reception and cleaning support crew- kind and knowledgeable people with exceptional customer service skills.
