The best thing about the hotel are the staff, especially Sathish sheraton restaurant manager
Sathish was very helpful and very professional. My husband didn't feel very well. Sathish organised medication and got special food prepared for him. Thank you ever so much.
Also, Sonu a waiter in the club lounge, provided us with an excellent service
The food in the Chinese restaurant. Too spicy and hot!

Excellent, clean, very good room and facility. The cable tv was not working but didn’t call anyone to fix as I was busy with my work. Overall excellent stay. They cleaned room every day. Excellent working staff for room service and cleaning.
