Great location with amazing view, Good breakfast and smiling servers.

Loved every bit of my stay. For me, the top factor on the list would be the beautiful and serene landscaping of the entire property. So peaceful and aesthetically pleasing.

Great property, well equipped, amazing views, serenity. Wonderful that they had kids playroom, nice restaurant with beautiful views. The layout of the property with apple trees in full bloom was great to see. Would recommend this property and would definitely be back again

Ease of reaching the location, even though it was off season the tariff was slightly higher; the food is also charged at some premium rates

One of the largest properties in northern India. I would call it a proper Resort or retreat. The term Hotel doesn’t do justice to the sprawling property located amidst mountains.

You need a vehicle to get to the property which is 4 km from the Manali Leh highway. Buffet spread for dinner wasn’t impressive nor value for money. No nearby restaurants in case you want to try different cuisine unless you have a vehicle

Breakfast spread was good , we had asked chef for customization which he eagerly did .

TT table was missing & bornfire in rooms as well on common area like lobby was missing . Though they have space but they were not willing to do even on eve of 24 th Dec .

The property is beautifully done. The location makes it perfect. Overlooking the mountains ranges makes it even more worthy. The staffs are cordial and supportive. In a hotel if the staffs are polite and welcoming then we feel more at home. The linen the drinking water to the small cookies in my room was so cute. The breakfast spread was also fantastic. Loved my stay totally.

There is nothing that I can complain off.

Staff was courteous and very accommodative to cater to our meal preferences and ensured we were well fed and especially kids were taken care of. Huge shout out to folks at the restaurant (Sandeep) and house-keeping staff (Aman)

Could have had more activities / facilities like pool etc within the premise.

Beautiful property, located in the valley a little outside town surrounded by snow capped mountains and apple trees. Very spacious and comfortable rooms which were well heated even in Manali's cold winter days. The staff were efficient and warm. The food at ITC Hotels is always great and this time was no exception. Would definitely strongly recommend it.

Only decent place in Manali where you can experience peace, fresh air and landscape of the valley. Rest of the city is crowded, noisy and polluted.

I had a great time there. I had a great time there, and I really enjoyed the time I was there. The location was great, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend staying there to others.

I am not sure why the food isn't very good at this 5-star resort. While they're not running out of ingredients, there is a limited number of choices in buffet. The tea and coffee also aren't very good, which is too bad because it's located in a hill station.
