The restaurant and in room dining staff were great, including Mr. Kaustab Pal, Mr. Ashish( was exceptionally good), Mr. Avinash and Mr. Karan.

Front office / reception staff were not up to a five star hotel standard. Sudip Das the housekeeping HOD almost collided with me near the lift lobby because he was running towards a foreign guest. He didn’t even apologize for his behavior and again almost collided with me at the restaurant for the same purpose. The GM should take necessary action as we Indians are also spending a good amount of money for our stay in your hotel, so we should also be given equal amount of respect and hospitality.

I recently stayed at westin gurugram and it was an experience worth remembering. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism set the tone for my visit. The check-in was smooth and quick, and I was personally guided to my room. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and perfect pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the [mention something unique ... breakfast buffet.The variety, freshness, and presentation of food were impressive, and the service staff made sure every request was met with a smile.
