Room was great and the bed super comfy. We even had a bath which was lovely! Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. All the facilities I would need. Decent breakfast. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Close to the airport and train station. About 500-600 metres from a metro station which helps as roads are often choked with traffic. Good connectivity. I will happily stay there again.

I think the property is excellent at a very reasonable price with great staff. So I cannot say I didn’t like it. But if I was to say something then it would be that noise from outside the room does come through.

All good. House keeping staff superb. Food reasonably good. Spa was not up to date. For a star rated hotel it was below mark. Over all A nice stay.

But rates generally for my visit time were very high. Whilst in Dec Jan the rates were very reasonable.

The hotel is placed on the Lucknow Kanpur Highway very close to Airport. The place is busy place hence there always people around to help out in case if any one needs.

The down side is if you get the room which is road facing, you need to get accustomed to honking sound of the vehicles and metro trains. Myself being from busy city, it was ok. People might not appreciate it.

Staff was very old people and they was not modern , rest all ok

Good food, excellent linen, newspapers at your room & real marble use in bathroom and room, which is not possible in now days in even any topmost hotels and their experienced hospitality will satisfied as you needed.

But it’s aging. Need thoughtful renovation considering its past and future. May God bless.

The staff were fantastic. Very kind and attentive. It was very clean in the hotel , the staff work hard to it clean and tidy. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Slept very well. It was great to have a beauty salon but it would be good to invest more money in that to make it even nicer. The main restaurant was good and there were lots of choices for breakfast. The service was great and so were the staff. If you’re arriving at Lucknow airport, It’s a great place to stay when arriving or leaving as airport is close by.

The punjab restaurant was a bit pricey for us. The food was good but we had perhaps ordered too much. We later ate at the main restaurant (the next evening) and which worked out better in terms of cost for us. Unfortunately the toilet downstairs in the ladies bathroom was over flowing and had flooded the entire ladies rest room. The staff responded as quickly as possible which was good.

Lovely hotel, location and staff. They also packed our breakfast since we had an early morning flight.

The rooms could be upgraded a bit, I think they have started but our room was a little dated.
