Front desk staff, specifically Ms Esha was very helpful to accommodate my very senior parents for an early checkin and late check out. And a housekeeping staff Mr Purinder( I am not sure if I got his name right) was too helpful.

It was clean, the rooms were spacious, the showers were excellent, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, the selection at breakfast was quite good. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely.

The staff were amazing except for our initial encounter at the Reception during check in. Then we got to talk to Himanshu about 4 hrs later and the F&B staff were exceptional. Thanks to Babitha she was so considerate to ensure we did not leave the hotel without breakfast at 5am during check out. Ahe got the details from us the previous evening whole chatting during dinner and got us some packed breakfast.

The initial experience was not great with the lady at the reception. She gave me a room that had no light and after insisting multiple times that I was feeling claustrophobic she dint budge and said the rooms were sold out. Finally got to speak to Himanshu who was so kind to fox the issue and change our room.

The details on the booking were incorrect, states 'sofa bed' present in the Superior King room. Told by hotel staff they don't have any sofa beds in the whole hotel. Instead we were provided with a separate fold out bed. One of the pictures for this room also confusingly shows a bigger bathroom which is incorrect. Had it not been for these mistakes which lead to unmet expectations would have rated much higher.

It's a perfect location, especially the staff. They are doing very well and are hardworking. Sherya Vansh Sakshi Babli and all restaurant staff, housekeeping is excellent. Big thanks to the wallet parking staff, they are doing very well and for making our stay comfortable and especially thanks to the guard uncle for always being ready to open the door with a smile.

Nothing but no activity area for kids apart from lawn and no pool and kids area.
