Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre

Beautifully decorated & modern hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff were incredible and are a credit to this hotel. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Taj Mahal/Agra or Delhi monuments as it offers a calm place to return to each evening. The bedrooms have everything you could need and are finished to a very high specification! They even accommodated our request of a room with a bath - thank you!

Hotel located not so far away from the Delhi airport and good position for business men that need to travel in area outside the center of Delhi and New Delhi. Confortable and very clean rooms. High cleanliness all over the hotel. Good gym facility. Very good pick-up and drop-off service. A special thank you goes to the staff! From the maintenance/cleaning people to the restaurant people. They all were very kind and focus on customer need with high attention to details. For sure the added value of this hotel is the people that work in it.

Margin of improvement for the shower door.

The staff we so kind and helpful, special mention to Muskan and Prityca who were so helpful. It's a new hotel, very elegant inside. The breakfast is excellent.

Not much, maybe a little out of the way but the area around is developing.

This is a fairly new Hotel with great facilities. The hospitality was great right from the front desk, house keeping and the restaurant. All the staff that we met were always willing to assist. A good facility to stay at for a break

The distance was a little further from the places we were visiting but the stay was worth the distance and the quiet that one desires when travelling.

The room was spacious. The team was incredibly kind and the restaurant was delicious, I still miss it

They did a great job and made my stay very enjoyable (imagine this being written in Gold on a plaque, Pawan will now what I mean :D). It was great to celebrate Indepence Day with you! Also the rest of the staff was very friendly and doing a great job. Definitely will stay here again.
