Breakfast spread was good and good too. They had live counters for egg, dosa and parathas so lot of options. Rooms were very clean and big but were very cold, took lot of time to be at room temperature for a comfortable stay. Staff is quite polite and courteous and prompt as well. Food at the Eatery restaurant can certainly be improved, apart from the breakfast buffet, whatever food items we ordered during our stay were not upto the standards of the hotel. Location of the hotel is quite good, there is a big Phoenix Mall hardly 5 mins walk from the hotel so lot of shopping options around.

One thing which we didnt like during the stay is that there is no curtain etc to seperate out the bathroom light which can disturb the sleep of the other person if bathroom is used during odd hours. Speed of the wifi can improve as well, my 4g connection gave much better speed than the hotel wifi.

Front desk was very efficient and helpful. The room allocation was done very well and the top room view was to die for! Ordered dinner through room service. The dal tadka was one of the best I have ever had!!

Small things - 1. The dustbin was not emptied out properly and had wrappers and band-aids when we moved in. 2. We ordered room service and it was quite delayed. 3. The naan was very chewy and cold by the time it arrived. The rest of the food was delish!

I was travelling from goa to bombay and had reached pune at 2 am in the night and needed a place to complete my sleep. the hotel and staff was generously kind enough to allow me to late Checkout at 3pm without a question , never received such a warm treatment anywhere else .really excellent and good human beings I must say.

the noise on the night of a wedding we didn't know was happening when we checked in... We should have been asked if we required a quiet room away from the front of the hotel where it was taking place.

I had requested for decoration of my room due to the bday celebration of my child. They decorated and also gave a complimentary cake. The staff was very professional and polite, The guards at the gate and valet parking staff were also very polite. WE had an awesome breakfast. Overall, the experience was superb.
