Family-oriented facilities include a kids’ club, game room, arcade and video games, bicycle rental, hiking and cycling.

The property includes a business center, meeting and banquet facilities, conference space and a banquet hall.

A later development phase was planned to add a full-fledged spa, a pool, additional rooms and 6,000 square feet of banqueting space.
