The first phase introduced what was described at the time as the world’s largest pillar-less and clear-span dome.

The property is organized around a dramatic atrium-and-lagoon concept, with lagoon views from guest rooms and public areas.

The hotel stands directly opposite Mumbai’s Domestic Airport Terminal 1 in Vile Parle East.

The property has at least 10 meeting rooms, 63,460 square feet of event space and total meeting-room capacity for 3,059 people.

The largest conference room is listed at 10,000 square feet with capacity for 800 people, while total exhibit space is listed at 80,000 square feet.

A brochure identifies four meeting rooms named Clubs, Spades, Hearts and Diamonds; Oyster Hall is designated for intimate meetings and seminars.

The leisure and wellness facilities include a dedicated padel court alongside the gymnasium, pool, spa, sauna and jacuzzi.

Named dining venues include The Earth Plate, Namak – Indian Specialty, East Asian Spice Trail and Mabruk – Mediterranean, supported by a champagne bar.

Guest rooms are associated with spacious balconies and views over the internal lagoon.

The outdoor leisure area includes a children’s pool in addition to the main outdoor swimming pool.
