Rajasthani Architecture Across a Low-Rise Aravalli Setting
A Resort Shaped by the Aravalli Landscape
Spread across approximately 27 acres on Udaipur’s rural edge, the low-rise resort is organised around landscaped grounds, gardens, open-air movement and views toward the Aravalli hills and pool areas rather than a single urban tower.
Rajasthani Forms and Nomadic Influences
The property’s architectural language draws on Rajasthani architecture and nomadic culture. Accommodation, dining, recreation and event spaces are distributed across the grounds, creating a destination-resort layout with gardens and pool-facing social areas.
176 Rooms and Suites Across a Low-Rise Resort
A Broad Room-and-Suite Inventory
The resort provides 176 guest rooms and suites rather than villas. The accommodation mix is described as including standard rooms, larger suites and family-capable configurations, with at least some rooms accessed through exterior corridors.
Thalis, Global Plates and Alfresco Grill Dining
Tiri and Javitri
Tiri is the all-day pan-global restaurant, described by Taj as serving Indian and global cuisine. Javitri focuses on Indian thali and is identified as a vegetarian restaurant, creating a dedicated regional dining concept within the resort.
Ridgeview’s Outdoor Grill
Ridgeview is the resort’s alfresco grill house, adding an outdoor, grill-led dining format to the restaurant programme and extending the property’s use of its landscaped setting beyond the pool and event spaces.
Pool Bar and Odeypore Lounge Bar
The Pool Bar serves Indian and Western cuisine beside the outdoor pool. Odeypore Lounge Bar overlooks the pool and functions as a lounge setting within the resort’s central social area.
Poolside Gardens and Aravalli-Facing Outdoor Space
Main Pool and Children’s Pool
Outdoor water facilities comprise a main swimming pool and a separate kids’ pool. The pool area is linked to the Pool Bar, lounge spaces and views across the landscaped grounds.
Landscaped Grounds and Event Lawns
Gardens and open outdoor areas form a substantial part of the resort layout. The Aravali Lawn covers 21,500 square feet, while Mewar Lawn 1 and Mewar Lawn 2 cover 28,000 and 30,000 square feet respectively.
Jiva Spa, Health Club and Destination-Scale Events
Jiva Spa and Fitness Facilities
The Jiva spa includes treatment rooms and a sauna, with massage-related services, body treatments, manicures and pedicures also documented. A health club and fitness centre or studio provide the resort’s dedicated exercise facilities.
Indoor and Outdoor Event Infrastructure
The event inventory totals 94,937 square feet and includes Board Room 1, Board Room 2, Board Room 3 and Celebration Room. Each board room is listed for up to 20 people, while Celebration Room measures 950 square feet and accommodates up to 80.
Large-Scale Weddings and Gatherings
The combination of three extensive lawns, indoor meeting rooms and 176 guest rooms supports weddings, conferences and incentive events, with resort-level reception capacity listed at up to 600.
Udaipur’s Rural Edge Near the Aravalli Foothills
Southwest Udaipur Landscape
The resort is positioned on Udaipur’s rural-edge southwest side near Kodiyat Forest Chowki, within the Bhujra and Kheemach Kheda locality. Its surroundings are characterised by open land and the Aravalli foothills.
A Standalone Leisure-and-Events Destination
The location is removed from Udaipur’s dense old-city lakefront core and its shopping and nightlife districts. The resort therefore functions as a standalone leisure-and-events property with a quieter, road-oriented setting.
