Could change the breakfast menu every after other day. Rather keeping the same buffet.

Beautiful clean hotel. Facilities were perfect and location for a one night stay was great. Would have been a 10 out of 10 if it was for the staff!

Staff! Not all the staff, the porters were great and restaurant staff were good but everyone in this hotel expected a tip even if they had only done the bare minimum. The worst was the reception staff, not sure if they haven’t been trained properly or if they just don’t care but they were slow and did not have a grasp of what needed to be done. Asked 3 times before we arrived for an airport pick up. They just kept asking for an arrival time, ignored my request. Took nearly half an hour to check out. No extras only the room and the girl on reception just didn’t seem with it. It’s a shame because the hotel was perfect otherwise

Food was Amazing 👏 palatable and lovely. Mostly I like abt the Hotel, its staff , are very welcoming, pleasant, and an equal opportunity is given to people with disabilities. I spoke in sign language and he understood me well. Amazing experience!!! Well done !!!

.... nothing like that.... at the dining area renovation was going on so the area was a bit chaotic. Otherwise, it was awesome.

My second time staying at Novotel Aerocity and it was excellent again. Good value for money, nice comfy room and close to the airport. Check in was smooth and quick. The staff were superb. I was unwell picked up and they arranged a doctor for me, picked up the meds and even made me a get well card. Thank you so much!

One small thing, paper menus would be appreciated as the QR code versions can be difficult to read

Careless of women staff member on duty at reception who did not bother to give me a wakeup call at 4 : 45 AM ON on check out date. I missed the train .

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is situated perfectly for travellers that have an early flight but want to explore the city as well.

The check in was super fast and restaurant staff specially Shubham was outstanding

As family the washroom doors could not be locked so we had a problem

The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, making our stay truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the airport transfer was smooth and perfectly on time.

I liked everything — the beautiful view from the room, the delicious breakfast, and the great food.

This was not my first time at Novotel, I have stayed previously too. I had a great experience. The chauffeur “Imtiyaz” who picked me up from Airport was lovely, kind and helpful.
